  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale items, accessories (like earrings), and final clearance items are non-returnable.

  2. Our customer service team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely and send them back using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable service to avoid any lost packages.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
